  • For billing and administrative management we process your personal data on the legal basis of contractual execution and compliance with legal obligations.

  • Compliance with the various legal obligations to which we are attached: during the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations that in each case are applicable.
  • Invoicing and administrative management: for a period of 10 years.
  • Exercise or defense of a right in a judicial or extrajudicial proceeding: Until the date of the final judgment of the dispute in question, until the date of its out-of-court settlement.

In the event that personal data is used for various purposes, which require us to keep it for different periods, we will apply the longer period.

To which recipients do we communicate your personal data?

THOMAS GAULTIER MEDIATION SERVICES will not communicate your personal data to third parties, except in compliance with the legal obligations that in each case are applicable or, for cases in which this proves necessary for the provision of the services to be contracted.

THOMAS GAULTIER MEDIATION SERVICES may engage external service providers, who act as subcontractors, to provide services to you in different areas (e.g. trainers, mediators or experts).

In this sense, THOMAS GAULTIER MEDIATION SERVICES follows strict criteria in the selection of service providers in order to comply with its data protection obligations, committing to sign with them a data processing agreement, which includes, among others, the following obligations: apply appropriate technical and organizational measures; treat personal data for the agreed purposes and respond exclusively to the documented instructions of THOMAS GAULTIER MEDIATION SERVICES; and delete or return personal data to THOMAS GAULTIER MEDIATION SERVICES upon completion of services.
