Six courses: Negotiation and Decision Making in the Legal World; Mediation and Other Forms of ADR; International Commercial Negotiation; Introduction to Common Law; Introduction to Common Law Contracts; and Introduction to Common Law and Business, for the law and business dual degree. They run as flipped seminars, built on live cases rather than case books.
